You can delete your Match Analyze account at any time. This page explains how to do it, what gets deleted, and what is retained.
1. Delete in-app (recommended)
- Open the Match Analyze app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
- Sign in if you're not already signed in.
- Tap Settings (bottom navigation).
- Scroll to "Delete Account" and tap it.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Your account is queued for deletion immediately. The atomic cleanup completes within a few seconds; backups are purged within 24 hours.
2. Delete via email (if you can't access the app)
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account.
Include:
- Your account email (must match the email you're writing from)
- Subject line: Account deletion request
We will confirm the deletion within 24 hours and complete it within 48 hours.
3. What gets deleted
The following data is permanently deleted:
- Your authentication credentials (email + password hash)
- Your User ID (UUID) and any associated profile data
- Followed leagues and teams
- Match and prediction view history
- AI question history and personal cache
- Pick feedback (thumbs up / down)
- Coin balance and referral data
- Push notification token (FCM) and device IDs
- Crashlytics-linked install identifiers
4. What is retained (and why)
- Subscription history — retained for up to 5 years to comply with Turkish tax law. This is purchase metadata (date, amount, plan) only — not linked to your deleted account.
- Aggregated, anonymous crash logs — retained 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics. Cannot be linked back to you after account deletion.
- Aggregated analytics — anonymous usage counts (e.g., "X predictions viewed this week") are retained at the aggregate level but cannot be linked to you.
5. Premium subscription — separate cancellation required
Deleting your Match Analyze account does not cancel an active Premium subscription. You must cancel through the platform that billed you:
- iOS / iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Match Analyze → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Match Analyze → Cancel
If you delete your account before canceling the subscription, you will continue to be billed until you cancel through Apple or Google.
6. Partial data deletion (without account deletion)
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Article 17, you can request deletion of specific data categories without deleting your entire account. Write to [email protected] specifying:
- The category of data you want deleted (e.g., AI question history, followed teams)
- The account email
We will process the request within 30 days.

2. Email yoluyla silme (uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa)
Uygulamayı sildiyseniz veya giriş yapamıyorsanız, [email protected] adresine hesabınızla kayıtlı email adresinden yazın.
Eklediklerinizden emin olun:
- Hesap email adresiniz (yazdığınız email ile aynı olmalı)
- Konu satırı: Hesap silme talebi
24 saat içinde silmeyi onaylar, 48 saat içinde tamamlarız.
3. Silinen veriler
Aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir:
- Kimlik doğrulama bilgileriniz (email + şifre hash)
- Kullanıcı kimliğiniz (UUID) ve ilgili profil verileri
- Takip ettiğiniz ligler ve takımlar
- Maç ve tahmin görüntüleme geçmişi
- AI soru geçmişi ve kişisel önbellek
- Tahmin geri bildirimleri (beğen / beğenme)
- Coin bakiyesi ve referans verileri
- Push notification token (FCM) ve cihaz kimlikleri
- Crashlytics ile bağlantılı install kimlikleri
4. Saklanan veriler (ve sebebi)
- Abonelik geçmişi — Türk vergi mevzuatı kapsamında 5 yıla kadar saklanır. Bu yalnızca satın alma metadata'sıdır (tarih, miktar, plan) — silinen hesabınızla bağlantılı değildir.
- Anonim agrega crash logları — Firebase Crashlytics tarafından 90 gün saklanır. Hesap silindikten sonra size bağlanamaz.
- Agrega analytics — anonim kullanım sayıları (örn. "bu hafta X tahmin görüntülendi") agrega seviyede tutulur, size bağlanamaz.
5. Premium abonelik — ayrı iptal gerekir
Match Analyze hesabınızı silmek aktif Premium aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Faturalandırıldığınız platform üzerinden ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir:
- iOS / iPad: Ayarlar → [Adınız] → Abonelikler → Match Analyze → Aboneliği İptal Et
- Android: Play Store → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → Match Analyze → İptal
Aboneliği iptal etmeden hesabınızı silerseniz, Apple veya Google üzerinden iptal edene kadar faturalandırılmaya devam edersiniz.
6. Kısmi veri silme (hesap silmeden)
KVKK Madde 11 ve GDPR Madde 17 kapsamında, tüm hesabınızı silmeden belirli veri kategorilerinin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz. [email protected] adresine şunları belirterek yazın:
- Silinmesini istediğiniz veri kategorisi (örn. AI soru geçmişi, takip edilen takımlar)
- Hesap email adresi
Talebinizi 30 gün içinde işleriz.
