I bought Premium but features didn't unlock. What should I do?
This is usually caused by Apple/Google sync delay. Try the following in order:
- Fully close the app and reopen it
- Settings → tap "Restore Purchases"
- If still not visible, restart your device
If none of these work, email us — include a receipt screenshot. We'll verify and activate manually.
How do I delete my account?
From within the app: Settings → "Delete Account".
This action is irreversible; all your data is deleted from our system within 24 hours (KVKK Articles 7 and 11).
Important: If you have a Premium subscription, you must cancel it separately through Apple/Google:
- Apple: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Google: Play Store → Account → Subscriptions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple/Google:
- Apple: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Match Analyze → Cancel

- Android: Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Match Analyze → Cancel

Why are your predictions sometimes wrong?
Our predictions are probability-based — not certain outcomes. For example, "80% probability Over 2.5" means in 100 similar matches, 80 would have Over 2.5. The other 20% may have a different result.
We recommend looking at the long-term scorecard average: Home → Top Picks → "Success Rate".
A single match result does not reflect the system's accuracy. Across 100+ top picks, hit rate typically averages 75–85% — published live in the app under Top Picks → Success Rate.
I want to export my data (KVKK Article 11)
Under KVKK Article 11, you may request your data by writing to [email protected]. We will send it in JSON format within 30 days.
Note: The request must come from the email address associated with your account (identity verification).
Is Match Analyze free?
Yes. Match Analyze is free to download and use, with live scores, fixtures and core stats. A premium subscription unlocks all predictions, the AI assistant and in-depth analysis.
Why are there no predictions for a specific league?
Match Analyze covers 1,200+ competitions worldwide. For some smaller leagues or rare fixtures, the prediction system may not yet be active.
Email us with the league you'd like added and we'll add it to the prioritization plan.
The app won't open / keeps crashing
Try the following:
- Fully close the app and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Delete and reinstall the app (your data is tied to your account, it won't be lost)
If the issue persists, email us with:
- Device model (iPhone 14 Pro, Samsung S23, etc.)
- Operating system version (iOS 17.4, Android 14)
- App version (Settings → bottom of page)
- When the crash occurs (at launch, on a specific tab, etc.)

Compré Premium pero las funciones no se desbloquearon. ¿Qué hago?
Esto suele deberse a un retraso de sincronización de Apple/Google. Prueba lo siguiente en orden:

- Si sigue sin aparecer, reinicia tu dispositivo
Si nada de esto funciona, escríbenos un correo e incluye una captura del recibo. Lo verificaremos y lo activaremos manualmente.
¿Cómo elimino mi cuenta?
Desde dentro de la app: Ajustes → "Eliminar cuenta".
Esta acción es irreversible; todos tus datos se eliminan de nuestro sistema en un plazo de 24 horas (KVKK, artículos 7 y 11).

¿Por qué a veces sus pronósticos se equivocan?
Nuestros pronósticos se basan en probabilidades, no en resultados seguros. Por ejemplo, "80% de probabilidad de Más de 2.5" significa que en 100 partidos similares, 80 tendrían Más de 2.5. El otro 20% puede tener un resultado distinto.
Recomendamos fijarse en la media a largo plazo del historial: Inicio → Top Picks → "Tasa de acierto".

¿Match Analyze es gratis?

¿Por qué no hay pronósticos para una liga concreta?
Match Analyze cubre más de 1.200 competiciones en todo el mundo. En algunas ligas más pequeñas o en partidos poco habituales, el sistema de pronósticos puede no estar activo todavía.
Escríbenos indicando la liga que quieres que añadamos y la incluiremos en el plan de priorización.
La app no abre / se cierra constantemente
Prueba lo siguiente:
- Cierra la app por completo y vuelve a abrirla
- Reinicia tu dispositivo
- Desinstala y vuelve a instalar la app (tus datos están vinculados a tu cuenta, no se perderán)
