Terms of Use

By using the Match Analyze application ("App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Service Description

Match Analyze is a mobile application offering AI predictions and statistical analysis for football. The App provides:

• Probability predictions for match results, goals, corners, and cards
• 1,000+ metric deep analysis data
• League statistics and form analysis
• AI-powered Q&A feature

2. Nature of the Service

Match Analyze provides statistical and probability-based football analysis for informational purposes only. Predictions are probabilities, not guarantees of any outcome.

3. Account and Age Restriction

• The App is intended for users 18 years and older.
• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for your account security (including password).
• A single person may only create one account.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium subscription provides access to the following additional features:

• 1,000+ metric deep analysis
• All prediction markets (corners, cards, half-time, etc.)
• Up to 20 AI questions per day
• Premium picks scorecard
• Ad-free experience

4.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-renewal occurs at the end of the subscription period (weekly / monthly / yearly).
• If not canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, the subscription auto-renews.

4.2 Cancellation and Refund

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
• Refund requests go to Apple or Google — we cannot process refunds directly as a developer.

5. Prediction Accuracy

Important: Match Analyze predictions are probability-based, not certain outcomes.

• "80% probability Over 2.5" means that in 100 similar matches, 80 would have Over 2.5 — 20% may have a different result.
• Long-term scorecard average should be the reference, not a single match outcome.
• The user is solely responsible for any financial, social, or personal harm resulting from prediction outcomes.

6. Prohibited Uses

The following are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
• Creating fake accounts, using bots, automated request flooding
• Abusing referral / coin system
• Unauthorized copying or distribution of app content
• Sending harmful content to other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Match Analyze name, logo, content, and software are protected by copyright and trademark. © 2026 Match Analyze. All rights reserved.

Data sources: API-Football (api-sports.io) and Footystats (footystats.org) — subject to respective providers' terms of use.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Match Analyze:

• Does not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Does not guarantee predictions will be accurate (probability-based).
• Is not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers (Apple, Google, Supabase).

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You may also delete your account at any time: App → Settings → "Delete Account". All data deleted within 24 hours.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

12. Apple App Store / Google Play Additional Terms

Users who download the App via Apple App Store are also bound by the Apple Standard EULA.

Users who download via Google Play are also bound by Google Play Terms of Service.
